That’s it.

One of the biggest obstacles we struggle with as humans living in the Matrix is our ability to manage our time effectively so that we get what we want and meet the goals we’ve set for ourselves.

I get it – going to bed early is rough. Saying no to that one last email or phone call, so you can get out of the office in time, can be a challenge. Thoughtfully planning your week so you can fit in all your commitments takes time and energy.

But think about this, you’ve made the decision to spend some serious cash on investing in yourself. You realize you don’t look exactly how you’d like, maybe you’re more tired than you think you should be. Perhaps that game of pick up basketball is too taxing on you. Maybe you just wanna have more energy running around with your kids or with whatever you’re doing on the weekend. Whatever your goal is, whatever your why, you’ve committed to making it happen.

But, you’re not showing up to class. That’s like me banging my head against the wall repeatedly expecting a different result than a concussion.

Unfortunately, the truth of the matter is that I am not, in fact, a magician. What I do offer is thoughtfully designed programming, intelligent goal setting services, a thorough support system to see you through the rigors of fitness – and you will receive a text or a phone call when you say you’re going to come and you don’t.

I want to provide you value, I want to provide you what you’re looking for – I could show you the texts & emails from my committed clients who are pain-free, loving their muscles, how their clothes fit and how much energy and confidence they’ve found.

The only difference between them and you? They’ve come to the gym.

So now’s the part where you have to do the tough work and ask yourself: what exactly is holding you back?

I’ll give you the answer: you are.

It’s not work, it’s not sleep, it’s not your lifestyle.

It’s your choices.

Let me illustrate this for you: I could have started a gym in Fort Lauderdale in 2015. I had left a job at one gym and had a few brilliant ideas of how I could open my own and be successful. But you know what I told myself? “You’re not ready. You’re not good enough. You can’t do that.” I let other people decide for me, how I was going to live my life.

So, since that was my story and what I told myself, that’s what I believed. I made everything external (“it’s too hard, there’s not enough money”) or lived in fear (“what if I can’t do this?”)

And you know where I got? Absolutely nowhere.

I went through a divorce, a pec-tear and recovery and lost my job to realize that I’m a product of my choices & I’m the one in the driver’s seat. I’m the only one who is going to tell me yes. I’m the only one who is going to make my goal happen. No one else.

No more excuses, no more waiting for the right time. I decided to move to a new market, take the bull by the horns and make my dream a reality.

And because of that I’ve met some amazing people, am having the time of my life and reaching my goals.

You’ve made the first step (WHICH IS HUGE) now set your alarm, set a reminder or get your day started a little earlier so you can make the evening class.

You are way more powerful and in control of your life than you believe you are.

I can’t wait to show you your own power. But you gotta show up.

So, when am I seeing you next?
