Whether you’re new to CrossFit or an experienced in the ways of the W.O.D, we know trying out a gym for the first time can be intimidating. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and understand what your goals are while we introduce you to our community, facility & how we work. So, the choice is yours: you can try a private one-on-one with a Coach or jump right into a class at RoxFire Fitness.
